These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and OrthoAI (“OrthoAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website and the content and features made available on it (the “Site”). Access to the OrthoAI platform and services is provided under a separate written agreement; in the event of a conflict, that agreement governs the platform and services.

The Site is intended for business and professional use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to:

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Abu Dhabi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under local law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
